Basic Working Steps of the Application

  1. Click onStart Tab » All Programs » Click on Software. The firstmost screen seems as:

  2. The software exhibits two option:
    • Convert Configured Outlook Contacts
    • Convert Other PST File
    Choose Convert Configured Outlook Contacts to export Outlook PST Mailboxes.

  3. Simply proceed further by clicking on Export Mailbox option.

  4. Choose the required file from the List of Mailboxes diaplayed by the Software to convert.

  5. The tool shows the selected Mailbox & its folders. Select Contact Folder to export into Lotus Notes.

  6. To export the contacts click on Start Conversion option.

  7. The tool shows the two option to Save contacts after conversion
    • Save to a New Lotus Notes Address Book
    • Save in Existing Names.nsf File
    Choose any of the option as per requirement to Save converted contacts file.

  8. After selecting the required saving option the software begins to convert contacts & displayed Progress Details.

  9. After finishing migration of contacts final message of successful conversion is displayed by the tool
